    SHOPSTYLE is looking for a Partner Manager to support the Business Development team in assisting with the strategic direction and day-to-day management of retailer partnerships on ShopStyle. This position will have an active role in growing partnerships through presentation of opportunities and negotiation, on-boarding new partners to ShopStyle, establishing strategies for portfolio growth, and executing placements for retailers. Desirable candidates are goal-oriented, self-starters, superb written and verbal communicators, and able to establish and execute processes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Own the day-to-day relationships with a subset of ShopStyle's retailer partners (partner direct, affiliate network contacts, or agency contacts) and act as a representative of those partners internally

    • Identify opportunities to maximize existing relationships in terms of revenue generation and user experience on ShopStyle

    • Negotiate partnership agreements for increased rates and revenue

    • Identify and address gaps in content / search results  and work cross-functionally with engineering teams to solve issues

    • Analyze and monitor the performance of retailer partners

    • Schedule and execute retailer placements alongside social media, email, editorial, and site teams, working cross-functionally and collaboratively to ensure successful execution

    • Play a key role in processing on-boarding requests from prospective retailers

    • Work cross-functionally (Editorial, Marketing, Engineering) in order to support overall growth and success of partnerships

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent

      • 4+ years of business development, account management, digital partnerships experience

      • Track record of thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

      • Experience working with marketing/executive leaders within client organizations

      • Self-motivated and passionate

      • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail

      • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines

      • Exceptional written and oral communication skills

      • Proven ability to collect, analyze, and present data

      • Proficient with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel

      • Strong aptitude and desire to learn new techniques and tools

      • Interest and knowledge in the fashion, commerce, and/or tech space a plus
