This candidate must be able to demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced environment. Position Responsibilities: Act as the key contributor of the general ledger month-end, quarter end and year-end closing and account reconciliations for US corporate and international subsidiaries Responsible for corporate credit card transactions, purchase orders processing and proper ensure G/L accounts coding Responsible for maintaining monthly balance sheet reconciliation, journal entry checklist and monthly close binder Assist in all aspects of accounting functions including PBC preparation for external audit Identify, document, develop and implement various policies, procedures, and internal controls Responsible for sales tax filings Special projects and other ad hoc assignments as required Desired Skills & Experience B.S/B.A in accounting or related field CPA, or CPA candidate a plus but not required 3 to 5 years of strong G/L and month end close experience Online media and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX 404) experience a plus Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks/projects Full understanding of US GAAP and international accounting Excellent written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills The candidate must be proficient with NetSuite (or other mid-tier ERP systems) and MS Office (Strong Excel including Pivot Table, Vlookup, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) This job is a full time position in our downtown San Francisco Corporate Office.
