The Partner Manager will support the Business Development team in assisting with the strategic direction and day to day management of mid-tier / growth retailer partnerships on ShopStyle. Responsibilities: Own the day to day relationships with ShopStyle's mid-tier / growth retailer partners (partner direct, affiliate network contacts, or agency contacts) and act a representative of those partners internally Identify opportunities to maximize existing relationships in terms of revenue generation and user experience on ShopStyle Negotiate agreements with new partners in this segment Re-negotiate existing partnership agreements for increased rates and revenue Identify and address gaps in content / search results (working cross-functionally with engineering teams) Analyze and monitor the performance of retailer partners Work with other coordinators to manage and schedule social media, email, editorial, and other placement calendars Work cross-functionally (Editorial, Marketing, Engineering) in order to support overall growth and success of partnerships Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4+ years of business development, account management, digital partnerships experience Track record of thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment Experience working with marketing/executive leaders within client organizations Self-motivated and passionate Highly organized with a strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines Exceptional written and oral communication skills Proven ability to collect, analyze, and present data Proficient with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel Strong aptitude and desire to learn new techniques and tools Interest and knowledge in the fashion, commerce, and/or tech space a plus This is full-time position and located in San Francisco.
